Job Description:
We are seeking qualified substitute teachers to join our team in private and charter schools across South Florida. As a substitute teacher, you will have the flexibility to choose your own schedule, enjoy a straightforward payment process, and experience success.
Responsibilities:
- Execute professional duties after school hours
- Maintain adherence to after-school policies and School Professionals' guidelines
- Exhibit a positive attitude while working in a fast-paced environment
- Ensure punctual and reliable attendance for scheduled work
- Establish a clean, safe, and supportive after-school environment
Required Skills:
- Provide academic support to children by assisting with reading, writing, and math assignments
- Interact with students to offer guidance, emotional support, and motivation to complete tasks
- Prepare educational materials and equipment as needed, including books, arts and crafts supplies, stationery, and other resources
- Coordinate and participate in indoor and outdoor play activities as necessary
- Prior child care experience is highly valued
