Tempstar Staffing in Hanover, PA is seeking an experienced Production System Technician for a manufacturing company located in the Hanover area.
1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6am-2pm
Must be flexible working overtime and Saturdays as needed.

Production System Tech Duties:
- Monitor and maintain 5S standards across the manufacturing site
- Implement and support kaizen improvements to enhance productivity and quality
- Execute lean principles in collaboration with other departments to streamline processes
- Coach and mentor employees to foster a culture that embraces lean methodologies
- Facilitate training sessions on 5S, value stream mapping, waste elimination, standardized work, and information flow
- Lead problem-solving initiatives to address operational challenges
- Complete audits and quality checks within the facility
- Create and uphold the essential polices, records, documentation, procedures, and practices to meet the company's goals and commitments
Production System Tech Requirements:
- College degree is a plus; high school diploma/ GED required
- At least 3 years of related experience is required
- Strong analytical, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing
- Advanced in using Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong planning and organization skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks
