What you’ll be doing

As an Associate, you'll play a vital role in identifying, attracting, and securing top talent for our clients.

No prior recruitment experience is necessary – Orama have an industry leading sales-academy which, since its launch in 2021, has developed business-leaders and million-dollar billers alike, as well as being nominated by Global Recruiter for awards for their in-house training.

You will:

- Learn and implementing various sourcing techniques to identify potential candidates, including job boards, social media, networking events, and university partnerships.

- Assist with initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

- Building and nurturing relationships with candidates, guiding them through the recruitment process, and providing an exceptional candidate experience.

- Supporting our experienced recruiters in collaborating with clients to understand their hiring needs and preferences, and delivering high-quality candidates that meet their requirements.

- Assisting in the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding support.

About you:

- Bachelor's degree in any field.

- An innate drive and hunger for success.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, people-oriented environment.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
