Pay Range: $34,000 – $48,000
What You'll Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities):
- Work in a team environment to provide high quality service to customers
- Collaboration with Internal and external partners on home delivery related matters
- Provide accurate tracking of all customer orders
- Troubleshoot and solve problems related to home delivery
- Special Projects as needed
- Job is onsite in our Lexington office
- Perform other duties as assigned
What You'll Need (Qualifications):
- Related experience and/or training is strongly preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office required
- Experience in customer service or order fulfillment/management preferred
- Zendesk ticketing system and Microsoft AX experience preferred
