Illinois Pay Range
$85,000—$130,000 USD

What You’ll Do
- Responsible for the collaborative development and maintenance of detailed project
with the Tempus Product Development Process throughout the project lifecycle.
- Partner with the Core Team Lead to develop agendas and plan structured, collaborative,
timelines with Core Team.
- Collaborate with Sponsor and Core Team Lead to identify project resource requirements.
- Collaborate with each member of the Core Team to ensure deliverables are being
- Identify tradeoffs between budget, resources, and schedule and escalate them to the
- Develop project status reports and dashboards to communicate key project updates,
- Document and report on requirements, risks, risk mitigation plans, issues, decisions, and

Qualifications
- 4 year college degree, preferably in a scientific, clinical, technical or business discipline.
- Minimum 3 years project management experience, with an understanding of formal
- Experience working in the Biotechnology, Clinical Laboratory, or Medical Device industry.
- Project management certification preferred (PMP).
- Proficient in project management software, such as but not limited to: Smartsheets, MS
- Familiarity with CLIA, CAP, GMP, NYSDOH and FDA regulations and requirements.
- Exceptional leadership, verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills; able
- High attention to detail and ability to complete projects on time with a high degree of
