- Full-Time benefits starting at 10 shifts per 4 weeks
- Minimum of $10k in relocation assistance for all full-time candidates, or travel allowances for any non-local candidates
- Generous signing and retention bonuses
- Negotiable CE allowance and/or license and dues reimbursements for part-time candidates working a minimum of 4 shifts per months
- Higher base salaries available for commitment of 12 shifts per 4 weeks
- Higher base salaries or shift differentials for DVMs interested in working overnight shifts
