- Key Responsibilities:
- Perform initial evaluations and annual reevaluations of members applying for personal care services.
- Communicate with PCA Eval Dept Assistants regarding client concerns and updates.
- Respond to hours adjustment requests and ensure timely submission of completed evaluations.
Education and Experience:
- Current Massachusetts license to practice as a Registered Nurse in good standing with the Board.
- At least 2 years of recent experience in direct care of the elderly or disabled population.
