Description
The Customer Service Representative position has many layers and components as we are heavily integrated with each function in Fiscal Intermediary Processing & Support Services and the company as a whole. We are the “face and voice” of the company and as such, are first to hear of problems needing resolution; providers of program related resource information; and liaisons to other departments within the company.
Inbound calls working with a fast-paced high volume customer service call center.
Looking for bilingual Spanish preferred
New hires first 30 days of employment in office.
Monday - Friday, 8:30am -4:30pm. Once training is completed a hybrid model option will be reviewed with each employee.
This is a full time role at 35 hours a work week.
Essential Functions
- Answers consumer inquires
- Troubleshoots problems needing resolution
- Provides program related resource information
- Liaison to other departments within the company

Requirements
Preferred Experience
- Experience in fast-paced high volume customer service call center
- Bilingual with fluency Spanish, Chinese, Haitian- Creole, Cape Verdean, Portuguese and/or other languages
Required Education: High School Diploma
