What are the responsibilities and job description for the Electronic Visit Verification Device Management position at Tempus Unlimited?
Responsible for performing all activities associated with the distribution of mobile devices to support the Massachusetts Electronic Visit Verification (MA EVV) program. The full scope of this role is processing of device request forms into Electronic Visit Verification Management System (EVVMS); procurement of devices from external vendor; device utilization and other required reporting from EVVMS; responding to specific inquiries and general questions related to device distribution from customers.
Stoughton office for orientation if hired for West Springfield or Salem
Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm
Full time at 35 hours a week
Essential Job Functions
Operations
Approve and process attestation forms to maintain accurate data in EVVMS as source of record.
Place outbound calls and or emails for improperly submitted forms.
Procure mobile devices from external vendor for accurate and timely delivery to requested address.
Point of contact support for inquiries and questions related to device distribution e.g., device issues, missing shipments etc.
Track procurement information and support reporting for billing purposes.
As time allows, assist with other customer-related and other project-related activities in support of the EVV project e.g. assist the EVV department with engaging in activities to support full life cycle of Tempus EVV project. This includes but is not limited to:
Coordination of users, review of data, multi-directional communication
Implementation/roll-out – training, support, multi directional communication
On-going support- troubleshooting, user support, enhancements definition
Communication
Coordinate with other functions to streamline workflows/handoffs
Liaise with other departments as necessary
Other
Support overall mission and objectives of Tempus Unlimited
Must report all suspected incidents of consumer sexual abuse, physical abuse and neglect to the Disabled Person Protection Commission (D.P.P.C.).
Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor
Requirements
Experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems
Experience/interest with supporting mobile devices and procurement processes preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills (Must be fluent in English)
Strong organizational skills
The ability to work independently and as a team player
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
Teamwork approach, enthusiasm and a strong desire to succeed!
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
