What are the responsibilities and job description for the Personal Care Management Integrated Care Admin Assistant position at Tempus Unlimited?
The Personal Care Management (PCM) Intake and Administration department includes the team who is responsible for processing Evaluations for the Personal Care Attendant (PCA) program and Prior Authorizations. This includes the quality check of evaluations, submission, tracking, extension and receiving of the Prior Authorization from either Mass Health, or the integrated care teams including Senior Care (SCO) and One Care.
The PCM Intake Coordinator is responsible to process referrals involving SCO, Community Case Manager (CCM) and One care (OC) United Health Care (UHC). The PCM Intake and Admin for Integrated Care will receive and verify information for all integrated care consumers and update consumer information in the database as needed during the referral process. This position will perform their job according to Tempus Unlimited operating procedures, Mass Health PCM Contract, PCA Operating Standards and SCO, CCM and OC UHC and contract.

Essential Duties
Check the Community Services (CS) SCO-Intake and CS SCO-Renewal Inbox periodically and retrieve new SCO/ UHC One Care Referrals, PACE, Transfers and CCM referrals.
Process new referral for the integrated plans in consumer database.
Notify PCM Administrative Coordinator of any delays in processing of intakes.
Work with the PCM Administrative Coordinator to notify SCO, UHC One Care, Program of All-Inclusive Care for Elderly (PACE) and CCM on any issues including unable to contact and other instances when termination is required.
Check and return all received voice and email messages as soon as possible or no later than 72 business hours.
Ability to enter data into the Zuke database with accurate spelling and free from error with the information entered.
Verify information for all transfers from other PCMs
Assist other department as needed.
