What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Informatics Project Manager position at Tempus?
What you’ll do:

Read, understand, and apply oncology guidelines to potential gaps in a patients’ care (i.e. Tempus Next)

Evaluate patients against specific genetic and clinical inclusion and exclusion criteria using various Tempus systems for care gap identification
-
Work with multiple data sources, including EMR databases, to extract relevant information for orders with predicted care gaps
-
Work collaboratively with technical and operational teams to improve and expand Next & strengthening clinical and technical support for providers participating in Next
Required Knowledge and Skills:
-
Graduate from an accredited program for professional nursing education, BSN preferred
-
Experience reviewing Oncology patients for clinical research
-
3 years of relevant work experience

Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work efficiently under time constraints

Proficient in Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets, etc.)

Obsessive attention to detail

Ability and willingness to work in an agile and expanding team environment
