Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of operations, including bar, restaurant, and live music programming.
- Manage a high-volume bar and nightlife business, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
- Lead a large team with a hands-on approach to training, hiring, scheduling, and team development.
- Manage payroll, P&L, and budgeting, ensuring financial success and cost control.
- Utilize Craftable for inventory, ordering, and financial reporting.
- Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies, working with local musicians and DJs.
- Implement and enforce strict safety, compliance, and security measures in a nightlife setting.
- Maintain a guest-first approach with outstanding customer service and conflict resolution skills.
- Cultivate a fun, high-energy atmosphere while upholding operational excellence and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of General Manager experience in a high-volume bar, nightclub, or restaurant.
- Experience with live entertainment venues, nightlife operations, and craft cocktails preferred.

Salary : $115,000 - $130,000
