Ten Thousand is looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to join our Creative Team. Collaborating regularly with Creative leadership, you'll play a key role in developing and refining creative concepts, brand designs and typography, implementing new content across a variety of platforms and mediums. Applicants should thrive in a fast-paced and cross-functional environment. The Graphic Designer position is a full-time role in the Ten Thousand NYC headquarters.RESPONSIBILITIESScale creative concepts across a wide range of digital and physical mediums such as website, email, organic and paid social.Collaborate closely with the Art Director, Copywriter and Project Manager on the Creative Team.Uphold and refine internal design systems and brand guidelines.Shape production decks and creative concept presentations.Develop digital content across owned channels, ensuring platform best practicesPrepare high-quality, production-ready files and perform QA checks.REQUIREMENTS BA / BFA in Graphic Design or related field.2 years of professional in-house and / or agency design experience.Advanced understanding of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Google Suite.Demonstrated expertise in design and typography principles.Highly organized, with excellent communication and presentation skills.Motion design, illustration, print and / or 3D experience is a plus.The position is an in-person role in the Ten Thousand NYC office.BENEFITS Medical, dental, and vision benefitsComplimentary Ten Thousand gearDiscounted Life Time Fitness membershipUnlimited PTOThe hiring range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 annually. Salary for the prospective employee is determined by a combination of factors that include qualifications, applicable skills, relevant experience and other budgetary considerations.
