Your Role

Tenable is looking for a rock star storyteller and digital marketing guru to lead our strategic communications and digital marketing team, including public relations, social media, editorial content, marketing programs and technology, and creative services.

Your Opportunity

• Build the Tenable profile as a thought leader and innovator in the cybersecurity and enterprise software industry through storytelling and provocative POVs on topics shaping the future of business and technology
• Connect the dots across communications, content, digital, and design to amplify the effectiveness of our story across all digital channels for both awareness and engagement (Tenable and 3rd party publications, blogs, social, emails, etc.)
• Serve as the global digital in-house agency to build and execute programs in support of the go-to- market plays, working closely with both product marketing and field and channel marketing to execute broader integrated campaigns which are both air cover and pipeline generating programs
• Build and manage the optimal marketing technology stack to support the go-to- market and revenue goals
• Build and lead the strategic direction and plan for global public relations, including agency selection and management
• May perform other duties and responsibilities that management may deem necessary from time to time
  
  

What You'll Need

• Experience building a provocative and enduring brand in the enterprise software industry
• Understanding of how to stand out in an extremely crowded and noisy market
• A natural storyteller and have built a digital marketing machine where all of the digital channels are working in concert to tell our story
• A sense of urgency and desire to work and win with a team of smart, hardworking and nice people
• Ability to build a strategic plan and clearly tie program execution and pipeline metrics up to the strategy
• Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time
• Some travel may be required
