Regional Law Firm looking for an experienced bilingual litigation paralegal for its collection litigation department. Candidate must have familiarity with drafting pleadings, handling service of process, application for default judgment, drafting motions and discovery. Experience with debt collection and New York rules of court a bonus. Notary public preferred. Opportunity to join a well-established and expanding business with over ninety employees across four offices.
