Position Overview
The Administrator Assistant plays a key role in supporting the maintenance team by handling data entry, scheduling, and facilitating communication with tenants, vendors, and internal maintenance personnel. This position involves managing all incoming maintenance-related calls, tasks, and emails.
What You Will Do
· Task/Work Order Management
· Scheduling (Turnover, Work Order, Inspections)
· Material/Supplies Ordering
· Recording & Reporting
· Customer Care
What You Will Bring
- High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of one (1) year administrative experience preferably within the new home building industry.
- ·Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral form or via Warranty applications.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to coordinate, facilitate and organize resources.
- Ability to travel as needed.
