Your expertise in talent acquisition and employee relations will be crucial in building strong relationships with candidates and clients alike. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of the legal industry and possess excellent communication skills to effectively engage with potential hires.

• Conduct thorough market research to identify potential candidates for law firm positions.
• Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms, including ATS systems like iCIMS, to manage candidate pipelines effectively.
• Perform cold calling to reach out to prospective candidates and gauge their interest in available positions.
• Collaborate with our law firm to understand our hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Conduct initial screenings and evaluations of candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for specific roles.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress within HRIS systems such as UltiPro, PeopleSoft, or Paychex.
• Facilitate the interview process between candidates and law firm clients, ensuring a smooth experience for all parties involved.
• Provide ongoing support in employee evaluation processes and assist with employee relations as needed.
