- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential candidates for law firm positions.
- Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms, including ATS systems like iCIMS, to manage candidate pipelines effectively.
- Perform cold calling to reach out to prospective candidates and gauge their interest in available positions.
- Collaborate with our law firm to understand our hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Conduct initial screenings and evaluations of candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for specific roles.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress within HRIS systems such as UltiPro, PeopleSoft, or Paychex.
- Facilitate the interview process between candidates and law firm clients, ensuring a smooth experience for all parties involved.
- Provide ongoing support in employee evaluation processes and assist with employee relations as needed.
