Sales Manager Power Generation USA and Mexico - Houston, TX
LOCATION : Houston, TX
DEPARTMENT : Commercial
Entity / Department : Tenaris Global Services (USA) Corp.
Location : Houston, TX (May work from home on hybrid schedule within a commutable distance of the worksite)
MAIN RESPONSIBILITES :
- Directs the sales plan under their scope, maximizing revenues, fulfilling customer requirements, and identifying potential sales growth opportunities.
- Executes the sales plan, ensuring to maximize sales and revenues in the Power Generation Industry by enabling long term relationships with each customer in USA, Mexico and South America.
- Coordinates development of sales objectives and strategies in order to expand market share and increase revenues and profitability of the Power Generation division.
- Development of sales objectives and pricing strategies defined with Inside Sales department.
- Establishes and manages client relationships with Distributors, Heat Exchanger Manufacturers, OEMs, Aftermarket companies, EPCs, and End Users among others.
- Develops Long Terms Fidelity Programs with the customer in order to achieve progressively higher services levels assuring Customer Satisfaction.
- Gathers client's new product and services requirements with Technical Sales department, evaluates their potential and supports during their development.
- Promotes new materials within End Users, Utilities and OEMs
- Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.
- Participates in HSE objectives setting, defining and implementing programs and actions applicable to the area of responsibility for continual improvement of HSE performance.
Minimum Qualifications
Special Requirement : Up to 30% domestic and 5% international travel required to visit clients.
