Due to growth, Tenax, a leading manufacturer of high-end plastics, is searching for Production Master Technicians to join their team in the Evergreen, AL area.
Job requirements:
- Warehouse, manufacturing, or construction experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. unassisted consistently, stand for the duration of your shift, and complete physical labor in extreme Alabama temperatures
- Leadership experience is a big plus! Tenax is actively looking to grow the production leadership team
- Average tenure of at least 1 year per job

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process rolls of plastic fences
- Cut, tape, measure, and label products
- Palletize and box products
- Oversee machinery
- Lift rolls and weights
- Troubleshoot basic machine problems
- Good communication skills
- Able to stand and work on machines for 12 hours shift
- Able to work in a hot environment throughout summer
