The opportunity
Delaware North Parks and Resorts is searching for part-time Banquet Bartenders to join us at Tenaya Lodge At Yosemite in Fish Camp, California. As a Banquet Bartender, you will be responsible for serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages at events while providing an excellent guest experience.

What will you do?
- Set up portable bar with all the appropriate items
- Organize wine and champagne service for meal functions
- Maintain bar supplies and glassware and know drink recipes, prices, and types of beverages available
- Measure all drinks using a shot glass and encourage sales to guests
- Ensure all bar billing is accurate and money drops are done at the end of the shift
More about you
- No high school diploma or GED required
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Minimum of 1 year of bartending experience
- Experience in cash handling and credit card processing required
- Previous experience using computerized point of sale system required
Physical requirements
- Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
- Ability to lift stock up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Noise level may be moderate to high during busy times
