What will you do?
- Set-up, break down, and clean event area
- Perform job duties of a busser, runner, server, bartender, or the event set-up team members
- Remove dirty dishes, utensils, and empty glasses from guest tables between courses and after guests depart.
- Serve food to event guests, and attends to guests’ needs throughout the event
- Assist in event setup duties
More about you
- Previous experience in catering events
- Ability to work a flexible scheduled that includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- No high school diploma or GED required
Physical requirements
- Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
- Ability to maneuver between tables and around corners
- Visual acuity and hearing sufficient to take orders and prepare checks
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds for set-up, service, and clean-up
- Ability to stand or walk for the entire length of shift; may include walking up and downstairs
