What will you do?
- Set-up, break down, and clean event area
- Breaks down event according to company procedures
- Responsible for event setup duties including Beverage tables, Buffet lines (specifically Chafing dishes, tables, and linens if applicable), mobile stages, dance floor set up if applicable and in accordance with BEO (Banquet Event Order)
More about you
- Previous experience in catering events
- Ability to work a flexible scheduled that includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- No high school diploma or GED required
Physical requirements
- Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
- Ability to maneuver between tables and around corners
- Visual acuity and hearing sufficient to take orders and prepare checks
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds for set-up, service, and clean-up
- Ability to stand or walk for the entire length of shift; may include walking up and downstairs
