As a Maintenance Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the Director of Facilities with capital project budgeting, operational projects, project timelines, and additional administrative tasks to ensure timely project completion and communication with all vendors and operators on site. What will you do?
- Regular involvement with and support of GuestPath, our 360-degree customer experience platform, and GreenPath, a proprietary stewardship platform focused on environmental impact
- Maintain relationships with contractors, vendors, and county authority holding jurisdiction
- Collaborate with other department administrators and management as necessary
- Maintain vendor and team member relationships
More about you
- High school graduate or GED required; associate degree preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in project management required with experience with capital budgets and projects preferred
- Ability to read and comprehend blueprints, structural plans, and department budgets
- Ability to follow county and AHJ permitting procedures
- Competent with computers and technology including email, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and Excel
- Must have a valid California driver’s license
