Job Description:
1. Responsible for managing a shared services team including coordinating with off-shore team, information mgmt. team, and other stakeholders to drive effective pull-through of requirements and operational updates.
a. At least 5 years in Pharma industry managing resources and deliverables.
2. Support the team on Specialty data (SP Patient transaction data, IQVIA syndicated data (DDD, Xponent), Veeva CRM data, digital data)
3. Profile the data, document business rules, metrics and review mocks to ensure it meets business needs
4. Conduct End user testing and data/metric testing etc.
5. Triage issues/problems and drive to resolution for various dashboards
6. Provide support for the commercial business processes such as rep calls, alignments, call planning, segmentation.
7. Represent Information Management data and reporting in at stakeholder meetings
8. Define, document business requirements working with Sales, Marketing, Clinical Educators, Access and Reimbursement teams with understanding of business problem/question they are trying to solve and offer solutioning and guidance with data and visualization of data/metrics etc
9. Succinctly and clearly communicate with stakeholders/internal teams
10. Plan and prioritize tasks for the team members the specialty workstream area
11. Present a status/plan for the week
12. Work with other vendors / internal team to accomplish task
13. Provide high level support for the dashboard design review mocks and offer guidance to developers
14. Train end users when needed on dashboard functionality and data
