Summary: Performs administrative functions in support of warehouse operations, including shipping/receiving, pump assembly, fabrication of equipment packages, and manufacturing of custom machine guards (Uniguard). Acts as a liaison with other departments, including sales, shipping/logistics, service/repair, and accounting to ensure effective communication and coordination of warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills to ensure efficient coordination with internal teams and external customers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Enter orders for customers and house accounts for the Uniguard division (custom machine guards).
- Print orders from the queue and distribute them to appropriate designations. Highlight special instructions on orders and oversee same-day ground shipment cut-off. Fax 01 orders to the appropriate warehouse.
- Bill sales orders and additional charges, such as freight and trim charges.
- Acquire freight charges for truck shipments.
- Perform all other secretarial responsibilities, including answering phone calls pertaining to the warehouse, distribute faxes and mail, and maintain filing.
- Other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements
Supervisory Responsibilities: This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 3-5 years related work experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
