About our Manufacturing and Distribution Facilities in Dayton, TN, and Dalton, GA:
Our operations in Dayton and Dalton consist of 10 locations, including manufacturing facilities, warehousing, and offices, serving over 300 users.
Position Overview: We are expanding our U.S. team, and as the Manager of IT Services, you will play a crucial role in the implementation and maintenance of our IT systems. You will work closely with Group IT, U.S. peers, and internal clients to understand their business needs and implement solutions that meet IT requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in IT, a Bachelor's degree, and proven experience in the field.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and ensure the delivery of IT services.
- Implement and maintain IT systems in collaboration with the Group IT department.
- Provide technical support to the business, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely problem resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize IT solutions.
- Conduct system assessments and recommend improvements to enhance performance and security.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to provide innovative solutions.
- Provide strategic leadership to the IT team, fostering innovation, managing budgets, evaluating technology partnerships, and driving vendor relationships.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT management and operations.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies and platforms, such as Azure and M365.
- Experience with Palo Alto and HPE Aruba is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
