Roles & Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with the hiring team to comprehend specific role requirements and qualifications for open positions.
- Conduct market research to discover potential candidate sources, engagement strategies, and industry trends.
- Create and maintain Talent Pools for ongoing positions to ensure a steady pipeline of candidates across various platforms.
- Engage with potential candidates through emails, social media, and phone communications to assess their interest in job openings and share available opportunities.
- Encourage current employees and candidates to provide referrals for qualified candidates.
- Analyze existing sourcing strategies, reporting on effectiveness and identifying areas for improvement.
