What are the responsibilities and job description for the 1099 Multiline Claims Adjuster position at Tenco Services?
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of field experience in first-party commercial and/or residential property and liability adjusting.
- Proficiency with Xactimate.
- Possession of a functional computer with internet access and Microsoft Word.
- Strong time management and customer service skills.
- Capability to conduct recorded statements in the field or with legal representatives.
- Proficiency in drafting Statements of Loss, and Proofs of Loss.
- State adjuster’s license, where applicable.
- Valid driver’s license.
- You need to be living in the actual location the job is listed. This is NOT a CAT deployment.
Tenco Services is seeking skilled Multi-Line Claims Adjusters who are adept at working remotely and possess the experience necessary to handle both property and liability claims. The candidate should be well-versed in adjusting commercial and residential property losses and should possess the capability to determine negligence and assess damages. Proficiency in task execution with moderate supervision is a key requirement. The candidate should have a sound understanding of coverage, proficiency in investigating a variety of property and negligence claims, competence in valuing and estimating property damage, and the ability to evaluate Bodily Injury damages for settlement.
