Event Overview
EVENT: Classical string quartet performance set to over 2,000 candles.
NEEDS: Event staff are required for setup, breakdown, and full operations of the Candlelight series.
- SETUP: Place candles throughout the venue, organize operations, and prepare the event space.
- SHOWTIME ROLES: Greet guests, scan tickets, usher attendees to their seats, provide event details, and ensure a 5-star guest experience from doors open to doors close.
- BREAKDOWN: Pack up candles and all Candlelight supplies neatly and efficiently, ensuring they are ready for the next event date.
NOTE: This role involves manual labor throughout the event, including setup and teardown operations.
Requirements:
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to perform physical tasks as required for event setup and breakdown.
