About Candlelight:

Candlelight is a one-of-a-kind live musical series where musicians perform surrounded by over 2000 LED candles. These concerts feature classical tributes to contemporary artists (like The Beatles, Taylor Swift, etc.) or renowned composers. Each event includes two back-to-back performances—an early and a late show—creating an unforgettable atmosphere for both musicians and guests.

Role and Responsibilities:

As an Event Staff member, your responsibilities will include:

• Set-Up: Arriving early to assist in setting up the 2000 LED candles around the venue.
• Guest Check-In: Welcoming and checking in guests upon arrival to ensure smooth entry into the event.
• Monitoring the Show: Ensuring the comfort and safety of guests during the performances.
• Breakdown: After the final performance, assisting with breaking down and storing the candles.

Requirements:

• Experience: At least 1 year in the hospitality industry (restaurants, catering, or event venues).
• Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
• Smartphone: Required for scheduling and communication.
• Dress Code: Follow Tend’s strict uniform and grooming standards.

Schedule:

• Shift Duration: 7 hours (03:00pm - 10:00pm)
• Venue: Clayton Opera House
