Event Staff Duties Include (but are not limited to):
- Setup:
- Place flameless candles throughout the venue and stage.
- Set up the check-in table and ensure all supplies are available.
- Unfold chairs and arrange them to match the seating plan.
- Physical Requirement: Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
- Act as a host to all guests, ensuring they have a great experience from the moment they arrive.
- Be the eyes and ears of Fever during the setup process to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Showtime Roles:
- Greet guests, check them in, and validate tickets.
- Usher guests to their seats and inform them about the event.
- Monitor crowd behavior throughout the event, ensuring a positive experience for everyone.
- Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor throughout the entire event, ensuring guests feel welcomed.
- Take Down:
- Pack up candles and other materials, transporting them to onsite or offsite storage locations.
- Check in all supplies and make sure everything is accounted for.
- Restore venue chairs and equipment to their original arrangement.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude throughout the event.
- Communication:
- All staff must download WhatsApp and join the group chat for the event. Information will be provided by the Event Lead or Event Manager.
- Additional Notes:
- Please bring food or snacks as needed during the event.
- Event staff are required to work in a fast-paced environment, where standing for long periods of time is necessary.
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds!
- Represent Fever and the Candlelight Series professionally as a Brand Ambassador.
Requirements:
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
- Ability to perform physical tasks for setup, breakdown, and general event operations.
- Positive attitude, strong customer service skills, and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with long periods of standing.
- All staff must download WhatsApp and join the event-specific group chat.
Compensation:
- Pay Rate: $20/hour
