Job description
Tender Care Home Health currently has excellent career opportunities for Occupational Therapists to provide individualized, goal directed therapy care in the Las Cruces area.
Duties : Performing Occupational Therapy assessments regarding the health status of patients; developing and implementing a plan of care which emphasizes the teaching of best practices. Occupational Therapist will also coordinate patient care with the physician, management and the multidisciplinary teams.
