Responsibilities and Duties:
- Pulling of equipment and supplies from the warehouse as prescribed on client delivery tickets.
- Checks orders pulled by other team members for accuracy.
- Function tests equipment being dispensed to clients.
- Helps load delivery vehicles according to company policy.
- Determines or obtains best route to deliver home medical supplies/equipment to home care clients in a timely manner.
- Completes route sheet accurately and efficiently while returning to the warehouse in a timely manner.
- Picks up equipment/supplies as directed.
- Completes delivery and pick up paperwork promptly and accurately, including route sheets, manifests and client documentation, returning paperwork to the appropriate facility personnel.
- Assists in cleaning and disinfecting equipment. Assists in minor repair work within scope of training.
- Ensures proper segregation of clean, dirty and equipment needing repair in the warehouse.
- Receives equipment/supplies into warehouse.
- Stocks equipment/supplies in appropriate location.
- Labels and function tests new equipment being received by the company.
- Assists in cleaning warehouse as needed.
- Assists in cleaning and maintenance of company vehicles.
- Maintains a neat, clean personal appearance.
- Promotes teamwork among co-workers, including assisting fellow team members, as needed.
- Always represents the company in a positive and professional manner.
- Assumes other duties within scope of training as assigned.

Environmental Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:
- The warehouse work environment involves the everyday risks and discomforts typical of such places as a medical supply warehouse, client residence or commercial delivery vehicle. You must be capable of using safe work practices with regard to moving home medical equipment, avoidance of trips and falls, observance of OSHA regulations, fire regulations and traffic signals. Additionally, you must possess the following attributes:
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Possess basic mechanical skills.
- Ability to enter and exit the delivery the delivery vehicle, both the cargo area and cabin, without trouble.
- Ability to work in all weather.
- Must have willingness and ability to work extended workweek, including some evenings and weekends.
- Ability to load equipment and supplies in an orderly and secure manner in accordance with Policies.
- Ability to communicate clearly with clients and staff.
Education:
- Graduate from an accredited high school or GED equivalency.
Desired:
- A 2-year degree.
