We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregiver to provide personalized care and support to individuals in their homes. The ideal candidate will have experience in various aspects of caregiving, including hospice care, dementia care, and assistance with daily living activities. This role requires a commitment to maintaining the dignity and rights of residents while ensuring their comfort and well-being.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care services, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Assist with meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition for clients.
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes in health status.
- Support clients with mobility and physical activities as needed.
- Offer companionship and engage clients in social activities to enhance their quality of life.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Respect resident rights and maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
- Assist individuals with disabilities, ensuring their needs are met in a respectful manner.
- Document care provided and communicate effectively with family members and healthcare professionals.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
