What are the responsibilities and job description for the Evening PCA/CNA position at Tender Heart Senior Living?
We're looking to add another Experienced PCA/CNA to our evening shift Team. This is a busy shift, and, with memory care residents, can be the shift where they require a little extra support with Sundowning symptoms. We work very hard to ensure we support the individual residents, so our evening shift are masters at rolling with the waves of the evening to reach our destination at the end of the shift.
We are looking for someone with experience with memory care residents in a group setting, and who is comfortable with all aspects of resident care including assisting them with their medications. We work side by side with Home Health and Hospice teams to provide a higher level of care for many of our resident's ever changing conditions. Our Team is known by these groups for true compassion shown to every resident, and our dedication to our purpose for providing the best care possible to for our residents.
