What are the responsibilities and job description for the NOC PCA/CNA position at Tender Heart Senior Living?
Looking for experienced PCA/CNA’s to join our Overnight Team! This position is for the Night Owl’s who are self-starters and motivated to accomplish their tasks accurately and efficiently. Job duties include: assisting residents with activities of daily living, assisting them with their medications as directed in their MAR, regular safety checks, scheduled laundry and cleaning tasks. Applicant must be comfortable with performing all aspects of resident care for memory care residents. Our Overnight Team Members are key to our success in providing the best care and quality of life for our residents.
Applicants must have at least 1 year of experience as a PCA/CNA, able to commit to a set schedule which includes at least one weekend night per week. Scheduled hours are 10:00 pm - 6:00 am. Overtime is regularly approved. Multiple benefits and Bonus opportunities available.
