Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and retain existing residential accounts by understanding their evolving needs and expectations
- Prospect and secure new business through warm leads, outreach and cold calling
- Sell landscape and lawncare services to existing and prospective clients
- Prepare and present proposals tailored to client needs and budget constraints
- Ensure accurate estimate measurements and analysis
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, address client feedback, and offer recommendations for improvement or additional services
