We are currently seeking a per diem Professional Spiritual Counselor/Chaplain to join our team. Tender Loving Care Home Hospice offers a unique program designed to support patients and their families during the difficult time of an end stage diagnosis. Our team of professionals are experts in providing pain and symptom management, preserving the "Quality of Life" for each individual when the quantity of life is limited. We have 22 years of experience and run a well established organization!
We are currently interviewing for openings in the following areas: Riverside County.
This position is Per Diem : Compensation Breakdown
- $40-$50 . Mileage is reimbursed at the current IRS rate.
- Meetings (IDT, Inservices, Staff Meetings): $20.00 per hour
- Phone Calls (Calls to schedule patient visits are included in the visit rate): $20.00 per hour
- Bereavement: $20.00 per hour
We offer flexible schedules, friendly environment and a true team approach to care. Hospice Experience is a plus. Bi-lingual is a plus.
Position Requirements:
1. Masters in Divinity, or Graduate of an Accredited Seminary or School of Theology, or appropriate Certification in Hospice or Pastoral Ministry.
2. Valid California Drivers License with proof of a good Motor Vehicle Record
3. Current proof of auto insurance with state minimum (or greater) coverage
4. Social Security Card and/or proof of eligibility to work in U.S.
5. Two professional references
6. Current CPR (for Healthcare Providers)
7. Current physical, and TB (or negative Chest X-ray results within the last 5 years)
8. Training days will be in our Moorpark Office - 5401 Tech Circle. Moorpark, CA 93021
