What are the responsibilities and job description for the Direct Support Professional - DSP (part-time or full-time) position at Tender Loving Care (TLC)?
Compensation: $17.25-$18.00/hr depending on DSP experience
Hours of Position: Most schedules are customized to each TLC team member (see schedule below for Cloquet). All hours between 8am - 9pm. NO Overnights. NO Mandating.
Locations:
- Duluth/Hermantown/Proctor (2-3 positions)
- Cloquet (1-2 position)

Requirements:
- Driver's license
- Ability to pass MVR check
- Ability to pass the DHS NetStudy 2.0 background check
- Ability to work both independently, yet warmly receive direction. The successful applicant must be able to make independent decisions based upon standard policies and procedures, as well as use personal judgment in-step with TLC's core values in day-to-day activities.
- HS Diploma or GED equivalent
Preferred:
- (1) year experience in a DSP, human services, teaching/education, nursing.
