Job Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities. Duties
- Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide support for individuals with autism and dementia care needs.
- Prepare meals and assist with nutritional needs while respecting resident rights.
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes in health status to appropriate personnel.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping duties.
- Lift and transfer residents safely using proper techniques to prevent injury.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect resident confidentiality.
- Engage residents in social activities to promote mental stimulation and emotional well-being.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of memory care practices and working with individuals on the autism spectrum is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and assisting residents as needed.
- Understanding of resident rights and commitment to providing respectful care.
- Must be willing to undergo background checks as required by state regulations.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
