What are the responsibilities and job description for the Evening Caregiver - Long Shift position at TenderNest?
We are looking for kind, compassionate and reliable people to join our team! Hours will be from 4:30 PM - 11 PM(Days will vary depending on availability). Our evening caregiver is responsible for all resident care during their shift. Job duties also include:
- Properly serving and cleaning up the evening meal.
- Checking each resident to ensure safety and satisfaction.
- Answering all call lights.
- Ensuring that facility doors are locked at dusk.
- Assisting residents in preparing for bed.
- Answering telephones in an appropriate and professional manner
- Charting.
- Assisting residents who have been incontinent of bowel and bladder.
