About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Class A CDL Driver to join our paving crew. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting paving equipment, materials, and supplies to and from job sites, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. Additionally, you may assist the paving team with tasks on-site as needed.
What You Will Do :
- Operate and drive trucks equipped with a Class A CDL, including dump trucks, lowboy trailers, and material transport vehicles.
- Safely load, secure, and transport paving equipment and materials, such as asphalt, rollers, and other machinery, to job sites.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicles are in safe operating condition and report maintenance needs.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, traffic laws, and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
- Assist with on-site tasks, including equipment setup, traffic control, or other paving-related duties as directed by the supervisor.
- Maintain accurate delivery records, driver logs, and necessary documentation.
- Communicate effectively with the paving crew, project managers, and dispatch to coordinate schedules and deliveries.

Compensation for this position is $35.00 - $40.00 hourly, depending on experience.
