About the Role
As a Paving Crew Member, this is an entry-level position. You"ll work closely with the paving team to ensure high-quality results and adherence to safety standards. This position will meet the paving crew daily at the office to begin work; as such, you will be expected to have your own transportation to and from the shop.
What You Will Do :
- Raking, sweeping, and cleaning of asphalt areas.
- Organize tools and equipment.
- Operate plate compactors, concrete saws, jackhammers, blowers, and other smaller equipment / tools.
