About the Role
The Pressure Washing Technician will be responsible for pressure washing, power washing, and cleaning for commercial clients. We clean building exteriors, manufacturing environments, prepared surfaces, new construction sites, floors, and heavy equipment. This position will be a Night Shift with regular hours scheduled as 10 : 30 PM-6 : 30 AM.
What You Will Do :
- Prepare company vehicles and equipment according to daily work orders. This includes, but is not limited to, loading tools, equipment, and cleaning solutions.
- Ensure that fellow crew members have completed prep as needed.
- Operation of company vehicles (25' flatbed truck or standard truck with trailer in tow) to and from work sites.
- Assessment of the job site will include a plan of action and communication of this plan to the crew and the customer.
- Performance of pressure washing, scrubbing, or sweeping in a quality-minded manner
- Inspect the completed job site area to ensure work is fulfilled to the customer"s satisfaction and standards.
- Completion of all post-job related paperwork and submit to the office
- Performance of basic repairs on equipment as needed.
- Inspect company vehicles and equipment for maintenance issues and communicate any problems to the maintenance department.
- Respectfully and communicate with the customer, sales staff, maintenance shop, office staff, and fellow crew members.
- Performing snow removal duties on routes designated by the supervisor
