Position Summary
The Vice President of Arizona is responsible for overseeing all financial, operational, and employee engagement aspects within Arizona. This role ensures financial performance, operational efficiency, and workforce management align with company goals. The VP will drive statewide business strategy, collaborating with sales, marketing, and HR to optimize operations and revenue growth. The ideal candidate possesses a strong leadership presence, financial acumen, and strategic problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage statewide P&L statement to ensure profitability and financial accountability.
- Optimize fleet efficiency and route density to reduce operational costs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify sales gaps and new revenue opportunities.
- Prepare and manage the state budget, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Process weekly payroll and oversee payroll management for the state.
- Oversee commission structures and ensure accurate commission payouts.
- Drive operational efficiency improvements in staffing and equipment utilization.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement strategic marketing plans.
- Identify and implement best practices to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present comprehensive statewide performance reports to executive leadership.
- Analyze key metrics to identify trends and recommend operational adjustments.
- Oversee daily operations and performance of Branch Managers across the state.
- Partner with the VP of Human Resources on staffing, compensation planning, and workforce forecasting.
- Foster a high-performance culture by ensuring team engagement and professional development initiatives.
