About the Role

The window cleaner is responsible for cleaning the interior and exterior windows on various commercial and residential buildings. This position requires working safely at heights, operating specialized equipment, and adhering to strict safety regulations.

What You Will Do :

Provide window cleaning services to walk-up and high-rise buildings.
Do everything with safety in mind first and expect the same from fellow crew members. Attend all safety meetings.
Drive company trucks and pull trailers to and from work sites. CDL is a plus.
Inspect all work, ensuring work is fulfilled to the customer"s satisfaction.
Respectfully and communicate with the customer, sales staff, maintenance shop, office staff, and fellow crew members.
Performing snow removal duties on routes designated by the supervisor.

What You Will Need :

21 years or older.

3 years of experience in high rise window cleaning

A current & valid driver's license is required.

Confident working at heights.

Attention to detail.

Problem solver : able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure with unexpected occurrences and delays.

Well-spoken, excellent attendance, and reliable.

Able to lift 80 lbs.

Team leadership experience is a plus.

Physical Requirements :

Must be able to sit, stand, kneel, crouch, and walk for extended periods.

Ability to operate machinery.

Ability to lift at least 80 pounds.

Ability to climb a ladder or work off the ground.

Will require driving between company locations.
