What you'll do :
- Independently manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously
- Brief clients and prospective clients and prepare written briefings and decks on issues of relevance
- Provide daily support to firm leadership and WestExec clients, including by drafting research and analytic papers, slide decks, proposals, strategies, talking points, and other products as needed
- Simultaneously manage and track multiple large projects, processes, and workflow to ensure client work is delivered on time and to clients' precise specifications
- Closely track geopolitical and technology issues key to clients' interests
- Participate in firm's business development process, including by identifying and recruiting potential clients
- Proactively generate ideas and content, as appropriate, to best support clients, improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the firm, and identify new opportunities
- Other duties as assigned
