Tenet-AZ Region seeks a skilled Registered Nurse for its Emergency Department team. The ideal candidate will possess 1 year of professional nursing experience in an acute care setting, preferably in ED, Critical Care, Telemetry or MSO roles.
Job Description and Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies and protocols.
- Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring continuity of care from admission to discharge.
- Serve as a primary coordinator for well-coordinated patient care, working closely with multidisciplinary teams.
The successful candidate will be required to hold a valid current Arizona Nursing License or compact state license and become Arizona Licensed within 30 days. A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred.
