Occupational Therapist Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in the Tenet-AZ Region.
Job Requirements:

Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients to identify functional deficits and develop personalized treatment plans.
Provide a range of occupational therapy services, including upper extremity management, sensory integration, and patient education.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and discharge planning.
Participate in performance improvement activities and quality improvement measures within the department.
Act as a champion or lead for specific projects or service areas, promoting best practices and evidence-based therapies.
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited school of Occupational Therapy, minimum Bachelor's Degree preferred Master's Degree.
- Valid, current license; AZ State Board of OT Examiners.
- CPR-BLS certification.
- 3 years experience as a licensed Occupational Therapist working in the field of Occupational Therapy.
- Verbal and written communication skills, advanced knowledge of OT theory and practice.
- Basic computer skills, Microsoft Office preferred.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, holidays and/or weekends, transport self to various work sites.
