We are seeking a highly skilled RN ED Full Time Rotating professional to join our dynamic team at Tenet-AZ Region. In this role, you will provide professional nursing care within an assigned unit, coordinate care planning with other disciplines, and act as a supervisor by assessing, planning, delegating, and utilizing independent judgment in directing other healthcare employees for the provision of patient care.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing individualized, age-specific, and direct bedside nursing care based on the nursing process and patient needs
- Coordinating care planning with other disciplines
- Acting as a supervisor by assessing, planning, delegating, and utilizing independent judgment in directing other healthcare employees for the provision of patient care
- Systematically evaluating the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice to identify patient goals
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment with occasional periods of above-average pressure, and basic computer skills. A Nursing Degree from an accredited nursing school and a current License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Arizona are required. Certification in specialty area of practice is also preferred.
