Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will provide exceptional patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to achieve outstanding patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional nursing care within an assigned unit, coordinating care planning with other disciplines as needed.
- Render individualized, age-specific, and direct bedside nursing care based on the nursing process and patient needs.
- Act as a supervisor by assessing, planning, delegating, and utilizing independent judgment in directing other healthcare employees for the provision of patient care.
Requirements
- Minimum Education: Nursing Degree from an accredited nursing school.
- Preferred Education: BSN.
- Minimum Experience: A minimum of two years of current Level III NICU experience including neonatal ventilator.
- Preferred Experience: Prefer 1 year of acute care experience but will consider new graduate.
- Required Certifications/Licenses: License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Arizona, CPR, ACLS as applicable by Facility/by Department.
